Anna Pospisilova was born on March 22, 1995.
In season 2011/12 she played for the local team VK Kralovo Pole but was transferred to VK Fenix Brno, where played for 3 seasons. After a year of returning to VK Kralovo Pole Brno, she again signed with VK Fenix Brno in 2016/2017.
In 2017, Anna Pospisilova signed with VK Selmy Brno.
In 2019, she signed with TJ Ostrava, and with the team played in CEV Cup and Challenge Cup.
